In this role, you will provide support to a b2b business that is providing services to medium-sized companies in the US by evaluating their office equipment and helping them to save money, and will be responsible for the following tasks
- Cold call companies and explain your client’s services
- Respond to customer inquiries about the offering
- Set appointments for qualified leads to meet your client
- Come up with new ideas on how to reach more or better customers
- Record, screen, and pre-qualify leads and prospects
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads
- Create and execute customer acquisition mailings
- Follow up on qualified leads to reduce melt rates
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- College-educated (Bachelor or Associate degree)
- Fluent in American English, written and oral
- Experience working in a similar sales role 2+ years
- Experience working with Western clients
- Experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Resilient, enthusiastic, full of energy, and passionate
- Experience cold calling prospects and customers
- Good understanding of the American business culture
