Your social media assistant will help you with a number of tasks to release your time so that you can focus on more important things. S/he will be college-educated, fluent in English, hard-working, and will help you:
- Open and set up your social media accounts
- Develop weekly/monthly social media plans
- Create content and visuals for your posts
- Schedule your posts as agreed
- Analyze the effectiveness of your posts and stories
- Grow your target follower numbers on all social media accounts
- Increase your customer engagement
- Grow your customer engagement levels
- Define your campaign audiences
- Boost posts and create paid ad campaigns
- Engage with your target social media groups
- Monitor and respond to customer messages
- Spot and respond to comments and feedback
- Monitor the performance of your accounts
- Respond to social media direct messages
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- College-educated (Bachelor or Associate degree)
- Fluent in American English, written and oral
- Experience working in a similar sales role 2+ years
- Experience working with Western clients
- Experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Hands-on experience with owned and earned social media
- Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, G+
- Canva, Hootsuite, eClincher, Buffer, Sprout Social, Sendible
- Strong copywriting, image editing, and content management skills
- Resilient, enthusiastic, full of energy, and passionate
- Experience cold calling prospects and customers
- Good understanding of the American business culture
